2026 Lexington Homecoming T-Shirt Contest Winner
Halle Bruce, a 14 year old at Lexington Middle School, is the daughter of Chris and Rachel Bruce and the big sister to Addyson and Elliott Bruce.
Halle moved to Lexington with her parents when she was only two years old, so she's spent the last dozen years attending Lexington homecoming festivities every May. She especially enjoys looking at all the booths and vendors each year, and even operated she had her own crochet creation booth with her mom in 2024!
Halle plays basketball, runs cross country and track, and is an active participant in LMS One Act Play, winning Best Performer in their district champion performance this past fall. Halle's faith in Christ is an important part of her life and she enjoys serving in her church and going to MPACT, a summer mission trip for students.
Halle is "super excited" about her shirt design winning the contest this year, saying, "I'm grateful for the opportunity." She would also like to thank her art teacher, Mrs. Stanley, for all her encouragement.
